We conduct asset investigations for attorneys, individuals, businesses and other investigative and governmental agencies in an effort to locate assets to settle outstanding money judgments. We also conduct employment background investigations as well as other investigations for any legal purpose.

I have provided forfeiture case presentations to groups of Asset Forfeiture Investigators throughout the Bureau as well as to Assistant United States Attorneys (AUSAs), Squad Supervisors, Case Agents, Forensic Accountants and others involved in FBI investigations. In addition, I have provided instruction in seminars for state and local law enforcement agencies regarding procedures for participation in the FBI’s Asset Forfeiture Equitable Sharing Program. Also, I participated in on-site executions of search warrants in the capacity of Asset Forfeiture Investigator in pursuit of documentation to uncover hidden assets. Findings of my asset forfeiture investigations were provided to Case Agents and AUSA’s for inclusion in affidavits for federal Search and/or Seizure Warrants, Temporary Restraining Orders, Complaints, Indictments, Informations and Money Judgments.
